The Da Vinci caviar comes from the Naccari Sturgeon, an Italian species typically found in the Adriatic Sea and the main streams of the Padano-Veneto region, Dalmatia, Albania and western Greece. This caviar, with its fresh, intense and almost fruity taste, has a particularly delicate consistency and its eggs are characterized by a medium size (about 2.4 mm) and rather a clear coloration of brown to black shades. It requires about 10 years of the life cycle of sturgeon. Ideal for cooking.
